General Information

Knowing that as a business owner you are dependent on the speed on when an item is acquired by you and shipped to Amazon by us, we try to be courteous and work in a timely manner. However, we are only human and need some time to make it happen.

  • We are closed on weekends, shipping holidays, and major U.S. holidays.
  • Please allow 48 hours for processing.
  • UPS and USPS arrive at our facility between noon and 6pm (PST).
  • FedEx may arrive at any time during the day.

We will do a lot for you, but we ask that you limit yourself from the following:

  • We are not long term storage. We can hold onto items for a few weeks upon request, but we intend to send all products to Amazon FBA Centers as soon as possible. Therefore, we are not, nor plan to become, a distribution warehouse and ship directly to the buyer for you.
  • Please no liquidation lots; they are time consuming and the quality is typically poor resulting in far more rejects than they are worth.
  • If you currently sell, or plan to sell adult material or products (ie. erotic material, videos, toys, etc.) we are not a good fit for you.
  • It is the responsibility of the seller to determine what can be legally shipped or listed on Amazon before we approve services, particularly items shipped from overseas.
