Individual items, grouped together to make one product for Amazon. Bundling price includes poly bags. Boxes can be quoted on a case by case basis.

We pack all boxes with dunnage. However, if you chose to have the items individually wrapped or Amazon has it as a requirement, it will be an extra fee for each individual item in addition to the item price.
If a product is a package of multiple units together in a set, but you request to break them down and prep the units and send them into Amazon individually, each unit in the set will receive an additional charge on top of the standard price.
Items that come in damaged or are the wrong item and need to be returned to the vendor (Clients must coordinate all returns to the vendor and forward return labels to us).
In an effort to keep your costs down, we will attempt to reuse any packaging sent to us. However, if the arriving package is damaged beyond repair, a new box will be required. You will only be charged for boxes used, not per item packaged. Contact us for a quote if you require Double Walled boxes for your product.

Amazon may require poly bags be used - like clothing, blankets, sheets, or plush toys - in those instances you will be charged per item.

We currently do not ship pallets or accept pallet shipments.
All prices are listed in USD currency. The cost per unit includes; receiving, inspection, sticker/label removal, and application of FBA & federal labeling requirements (FNSKU, fragile, suffocations warnings, lithium battery warnings, etc.)
Billing occurs bi-weekly on Mondays; covering services for the previous two weeks. Invoices will be sent via email and are due within 7 days of receipt. Any late payment will be subject to an additional 5% fee on your next invoice, and inventory may be put on hold.
We use Zoho Invoice for all domestic and international payments.
An email will be sent to you with a link to review your invoice, you will then be able to make a payment via debit/credit card.
If you are unable to get un-gated for a product or you have exceeded your product limit at Amazon, we do not have the resources available to store product long-term. Additional storage fees will be applied for orphan products and the fees are determined on a case by case basis.
